Henrik Manukyan was born in Armenia. He lived in Spain for 22 years before moving to Norway, where he spent six years building his professional career. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Medicine from the University of Valencia and continued his studies in Colombia. He also holds advanced certificates in healthcare management, marketing, and business.

In Norway, Henrik specialized in pre-hospital emergency care and served as Head of the City Health Department. He has extensive experience in healthcare management, team leadership, and enhancing the efficiency of public institutions.
