Mais Arutiunian
Mais Arutiunian is an architect, born in Armenia and raised in Russia. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia and a Master’s degree from London Metropolitan University.
Mais has worked at the Moscow Committee for Architecture and at Sergey Skuratov Architects as Lead Architect, where he led notable projects such as the Capital Towers in Moscow, the Depo residential complex in Minsk, and the Gazprom Neft headquarters in St. Petersburg. As Chief Architect at Genpro, he oversaw the design of the Admiral Residential Complex in Moscow and Orlinoe Gnezdo Aparthotel in Vladivostok.
He is the Founder and Chief Architect of Mitq Design.
