Misak Kocharyan
Misak Kocharyan is a Dutch–Armenian legal scholar specializing in the intersection of law, technology, and the public interest. He holds an LL.M. in Law & Technology from Tilburg University, where he focused on data protection, digital competition law, and AI regulation, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in European Studies.
Drawing on both academic and professional experience, Misak oversaw the development of a national registry for Armenia’s marginalized groups as part of an EU-funded initiative.
He repatriated to Armenia to contribute to the advancement of digital governance, data protection, and ongoing reforms in anti-corruption legislation.
