Rafael Durunts was born in Armenia and raised in Russia. He graduated from the Nizhny Novgorod Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia with a degree in Law Enforcement.

Rafael began his professional career in the legal field, gaining experience in legal regulation and corporate governance. He later focused on marketing and management, progressing from manager to Commercial Director over several years.

He actively participates in industry conferences as a speaker and continuously develops his expertise in strategic management and marketing.
