Melanya Movsissyan was born in Armenia and raised in Russia. She holds a degree in Architecture from Yaroslavl State Technical University.

Participating in regional and nationwide competitions and forums. She has been actively working as an architect and designer for more than five years.

Since 2016, she has been a soloist of the Armenian dance ensemble Nur. She is a member of the Youth Council and an active member of the Armenian Society Nairi, as well as an art teacher at the Armenian Sunday School.
