Liana Babayan
My name is Liana Babayan. I was born in Yerevan and currently live in Strasbourg, France.
I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the Institute of Policy, Advocacy, and Governance (IPAG).
My professional career has primarily focused on public administration. I gained my first professional experience at Strasbourg City Hall, after which I continued my career in the public sector, working in various government agencies.
I am actively involved in local public and community life. Since 2020, I have been a member of two European associations, participating in the organization and implementation of various European events and initiatives. Since 2023, I have served as First Vice President of the Armenian Diaspora Association of the Greater East in Strasbourg.
As a Diaspora Youth Ambassador, I strive to strengthen ties between Armenia and France, particularly in the Greater East region. I want to combine my professional and community based expertise to develop cultural, educational, and social ties between France, Armenia, and the Diaspora, promoting cooperation and the exchange of experiences.
