Sona Sureken Sungulyan
I am 32-year-old Sona Sureken Sungulyan from Paris, France. I was born in Yerevan. I received a Master’s degree in Agroecology with honors. Afterwards, I continued my scientific and pedagogical activities in Paris.
I am a member of the “Astghik” branch of the French-Armenian Blue Cross and was elected to the bureau of the organization. I am the founder-director of Nour college and the president of Nour French-Armenian Association. I have participated in a series of scientific and educational programs.
During the recent Artsakh war, I was active in the community and brought together Armenians from different French cities, as well as wrote letters demanding the release of Armenian captives. Together with Senate members, mayors, vice mayors and political figures, we submitted various resolutions on the war and POWs to the French government.
As a young ambassador of the Diaspora in France, I will continue my extensive activities for the preservation of the Armenian people and the community, work to protect Armenian interests and promote repatriation.
