My name is Sona Juharyan and I am from the United States of America.

I received my Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering from the University of California, San Diego.

I have worked as a quality assurance and pavement engineer at a private entity firm and the California Department of Transportation.  

As an iGorts fellow, I am placed at the RA Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure. 

I am an active member of the Armenian Engineers and Scientists of America, and I volunteer organizing annual science olympiads and help with conferences and workshops.
