On February 10, RA High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs Zareh Sinanyan participated in an event marking the National Day of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the 46th anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution. The event was attended by RA Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan, representatives of the legislative and executive authorities, foreign diplomats, and other high-ranking officials.

At the solemn event, RA Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan delivered a congratulatory message on behalf of the Government, wishing lasting peace and prosperity.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Republic of Armenia, Mehdi Sobhani, expressed satisfaction with the strong relations between Iran and Armenia in his speech, emphasizing that they are built on centuries-old ties, good neighborliness, trust, mutual understanding, and respect.

Following the official part of the event, guests exchanged congratulations, highlighting the strength and importance of Armenian-Iranian relations.
