“iGorts” program coordinators are currently in the process of selecting next year’s Diaspora Armenian specialists to serve in Armenia’s public sector. This year, 346 professionals from 30 countries applied to participate in the program.

The “iGorts” team chooses the best candidates based on their expertise, shares their information with the respective government agencies and then invites those selected for an online interview. As seen in the attached image, the selection process is conducted in several stages.
