High Commissioner Zareh Sinanyan visited the city of Tver during his working visit to Russia. The High Commissioner first visited the St. Harutyun Church, and then went to the local Armenian Sunday school where he met with students from the Ararat dance ensemble.

During the one-day visit, Mr. Sinanyan met with representatives of the Armenian community of Tver. The main topic of discussion was the establishment of the Institute of Commissioners for Diaspora Affairs.
