Hayk Gyuldjyan
Hayk Gyuldjyan was born and raised in Russia, received a law degree, and is currently continuing his postgraduate studies. He began his professional career in the field of state construction in the structures of the federal executive authority in the field of justice. Hayk was engaged in legislative activities at the federal, regional and municipal levels, as well as organized activities of local self-government bodies. Subsequently, Hayk worked at the analytical center of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, which is one of the most important federal universities in Russia.
He was engaged in the preparation of concepts for the development of state and municipal management in terms of the provision of state and municipal services and the implementation of control and supervisory functions. Hayk continued his career in Russia at the Center for Strategic Research at the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, where he carried out activities on digital transformation and optimization of state and municipal management processes within the framework of projects on licensing activities, mass and socially significant services, and the majority of services.
As part of the iGorts program, Hayk works at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia. Hayk is involved in a project for the development of the information system for financial management of the government.
