Irina Galstyan was born in Yerevan and graduated from the Faculty of Philology at Yerevan State University.

Since 1998, she has lived in France, where she has been actively involved in community and educational initiatives. She worked at the Armenian Cultural Center, contributing to a variety of cultural and educational projects and helping to preserve and promote Armenian cultural heritage. Irina also taught at the Abovyan School in Marseille, sharing her knowledge and passion for the Armenian language and culture with younger generations.
