Susanna Poghosyan was born in Yerevan and moved to Moscow at a young age. In 2022, she graduated with honors from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA), specializing in Digital Advertising and Public Relations in the Public Sector.

After completing her studies, she returned to Yerevan and began her professional career in event management. She also studied graphic design and worked remotely in the marketing department of a construction company. Later, she gained experience in the tourism sector.
