Hello! My name is Vahan Mkrtchyan and I’m from Moscow, Russia. 

I have a Bachelor's degree from Moscow State Pedagogical University (MSPU), specializing in History, and a Master’s degree from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) in Psychology (specifically Management Psychology). 

As a student,  I was an active member in student government. At the same time, from 2016 to 2017, I served as the Chairman of the Youth Chamber of the Bibirevo district of Moscow, implementing various socially-significant projects. 

My career began as an employee for the Government of Moscow, where I worked in various departments related to education. For the last few years, I have worked at the "Russian Movement of Schoolchildren" as a project and activities coordinator in many different fields such as environmental, military-patriotic, and local history, which were implemented with the participation of schoolchildren from all corners of the Russian Federation. 

As part of the iGorts program, I work at the Yerevan Municipality in the Department of General Education, specifically on the design and development of projects related to the activities of student councils. 

My main likes are history and theatre - for 7 years I was an actor in the creative collective "Triptych Theatre."
