Mushegh Ghukasyan was born in the Republic of Armenia.
In 2014, he graduated from Yerevan State University with a Bachelor's degree in Law.
In 2017, he obtained a Master of Laws degree from the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia.
Professional
From 2016 to 2018, he worked as an expert in the Republic of Armenia's Prime Minister’s State Control Service.
From 2018 to 2020, he was the senior tax inspector at the Internal Audit Department of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia.
From 2021 to 2022, he worked as a lawyer at Jacques & Gore LLC.
On October 19, 2022, Mushegh Ghukasyan was appointed by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia as the Chief of Staff of the Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.

The khachkar symbolizing century-old Armenian-Polish friendship opened in Yerevan

The ceremonial opening and consecration of the khachkar dedicated to Pope John Paul II and century-old Armenian-Polish friendship took place in the Khachkar Park (Pavstos Buzand Street, Yerevan). The solemn event was attended by Authorized representative of the government for Diaspora and Poles Abroad, Secretary of State Jan Dziedziczak, High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Zareh Sinanyan, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Paruyr Hovhannisyan, Honorary Consul of Armenia in Poland Hrachya Boyajyan, spiritual fathers, government officials.
